Yes, we will provide you a list of licensed captains for you to choose from who are familiar with our yacht. All our captains are Coast Guard certified and licensed to operate commercial vessels. 

If you need to cancel your trip, the lead booker should inform us immediately via email at  Contact@oshermanage.com. We understand that circumstances change, you have 30 days prior to your departure date for a full refund of your deposit. If your charter has been cancelled due to unforeseen weather circumstances or weather advisory from the coast guard, we will refund you 100% or reschedule your charter at the earliest available date. 

The yacht is equipped with both heating and air conditioning. Being on the water can be chillier and it is recommended to bring a jacket especially in the winter months. 

 Yes, we have a wifi hotspot. 

Yes, we can provide several options for catering depending on your budget and type of event. 

You may bring your own alcohol on board and we can serve it. We can also arrange for 3rd party caterers to supply the liquor. 

No age requirement however kids under 12 are required to wear life jackets at all times. Life jackets are provided on the yacht.

Adults are not required to wear life jackets. Kids under 12 must wear life jackets. You may bring your own or one will be provided. 

We stay in the bay inside protected waters getting seasick is not usually an issue.
